Mr. Osyris Uqoezwa is President of B&C International, the oldest minority owned global business management consulting firm in the country. B&C specializes in crisis management, diversity & inclusion, change management, international strategies and market penetration.
Prior to joining B&C International Osyris founded the company, The Raw Choice, in 2004. The Raw Choice quickly became the largest minority provider of organic dried fruits and super foods to health food stores nationwide, including chains such as Whole Foods Market, Hannaford and Trader Joe’s. In 2010, The Raw Choice was acquired by a national food distribution company.
Through his myriad of successful business ventures, Osyris has been recognized for his extensive experience in expanding US imports and has advised companies on international business development, strategies and market penetration. He has been featured in several national publications including Black Enterprise, Prevention and Businessweek. As a graduate of North Carolina Central University, Osyris holds degrees in Psychology, Therapeutic Recreation and Business Administration and serves on the Board of Trustees for Winston Salem State University.
Mr. Uqoezwa is highly regarded for his innate ability to distill information and make complex ideas simple. In addition to his role as President of B&C International, he is a spiritual advisor, who utilizes biblical and transformational principles to assist individuals in improving all aspects of the human condition to obtain a life of Good Success. Osyris currently resides in Charlotte, NC, and is a 25 year vegan, culinarian, and food critic.
