Dylan Hall is the founder and president of Light the City which exists to help create flourishing cities. Working with nonprofits and churches for the last 10 years has given him a unique ability to partner with leaders and organizations from throughout the city. As an MSW he has experience as a clinician as well as organizational development and community engagement. Dylan is passionate about helping nonprofits, social ventures, and business move their mission forward. He also brings this expertise to his role serving the LF global network as a Senior Associate.
Dylan holds an MSW from SUNY Albany and is currently finishing his M.A in Theological Studies from Liberty University. He is passionate about connecting leaders, building capacity of others, and collaborative action that leads to city-wide transformation.
Dylan is married to Sonya and lives with their two children in Schenectady, NY.
